8 Sep, afternoon — the portal work is built; every next step now needs a person

Built today

• tem supplier package 2.0.2.23870 — quote expiry from tem's validity rule, REGO/P442 defaults confirmed (PR 17486, merged).
• Ambolt.DataLayer 5.11.0 — pending supplier quotes on the saved quote, `ExternalContractUrl` (PR 17485, open).
• Ambolt.Web, three stacked PRs: 17490 quote page split loading exactly as Josh specified (matrix suppliers as today; Pozitive and tem as greyed rows, tem polled with their recommended backoff, pending requests resume on reopen; also removes the throw that would have taken the whole quote page down on a Pending row, and stops the matrix expiry overwriting a supplier's own date) → 17491 contract handoff to tem's Pricing Agent with the mandatory broker-fee dialog → 17492 headless quote paths exclude API-priced suppliers. Tests: Web 2130 → 2171, DataLayer 334 → 344, no Linux-only failures.
• Registering tem in the pricing service is prepared on a branch (1.11.0, 78/78); its PR opens once 17473 is in.
• tem's answers (Izzy, 7 Sep) are all recorded in the design document.

7 Sep, evening — plumbing landing

Merged and published

• Ambolt.Energy 3.3.0.23861 (PR 17468).
• tem supplier package 2.0.1 repinned to it (PR 17481) — its pipeline is green again and 2.0.1 is on the feed.
• Pricing service 1.8.0: single-supplier quote route + `loadSeparately` flag (PR 17470). Auto-deployed to the live pricing service (Release-913); `GetAllSuppliers` already returns the new field. Existing quote fan-out unchanged.
• Pricing client 2.10.0.23866: `QuoteSupplierAsync`, `DeferredQuoteAsync`, pending state, explicit 60 s timeout (PR 17477). No consumer has moved to it yet.

Found while repinning: the published Energy 3.3.0 differs from the local build the day's work used — `CompanyRegistrationNumber` became `CompanyNumber`, and the deferred supplier call gained a `CancellationToken`. Every consumer has been adjusted.

7 Sep, later — Energy 3.3.0 merged, client PR up

Merged: Ambolt.Energy 3.3.0 (PR 17468). Once the pipeline publishes `3.3.0.<build>` to the feed, every consumer below repins to it (the tem package's main is red until its repin lands).

Remaining PRs, in merge order

1. PR 17474 — Ambolt.PricingAgent: carry the `loadSeparately` flag so a regenerate does not drop it. Independent; merge any time.

2. PR 17470 — Pricing service 1.8.0: single-supplier quote route + `LoadsSeparately`. Repin Energy here first (lock file in the same commit).

3. PR 17471 — Pricing service 1.9.0: Key Vault-backed supplier credentials. Stacked on 17470 — retarget to `main` after 17470 completes. Needs Owen's call on where the provider interface lives.

4. PR 17473 — Pricing service 1.10.1: deferred route + 30 s per-supplier fan-out cap. Stacked on 17471 — retarget to `main` after it completes. Needs Owen's agreement on the cap.

Day 1 — 7 Sep 2026

Shape agreed with Josh. Matrix suppliers load exactly as today; API-priced suppliers (Pozitive and tem) load separately on the quote page as greyed rows with a loading state. No notifications, no background service. The tem spec was read in full: a two-call polling API, half-hourly electricity only, no gas, and the price excludes our broker fee (keyed later in tem's Pricing Agent).

Built today (8 PRs)

• Ambolt.Energy 3.3.0 — `Pending` quote result, `IDeferredQuoteSupplier`, company fields, external contract URL. PR 17468, in review. *Everything else pins this package, so it is the gate.*
• Pricing service — single-supplier route + `loadSeparately` flag (PR 17470), Key Vault-backed supplier credentials (PR 17471), deferred route + 30 s fan-out cap (PR 17473), stacked, in review. Plus PricingAgent PR 17474 so the new flag survives a settings regenerate.
• tem supplier package — status shape and health probe, tem API client, and the electricity quoting and rate mapping (PRs 17467 / 17469 / 17472), completed onto its own main. Pinned to the local Energy build until 3.3.0 publishes.
• Questions sent to tem (validity window, rate limits, REGO/P442 defaults, staging test MPANs, broker fee, production key timing).

Ambolt Care is now pretty much complete.
